My sincere sympathy to all of Nora's family. I knew Nora through her volunteer work at
De La Ronde and Chalmette Medical Hospitals. Nora was a very loving, caring and generous
Lady. She so enjoyed working and managing the gift shop at the Hospital. I considered her
a dear friend, think of her often and will miss that smile. Joan Ormsby

I love you Grandma and I think you knew that, I have missed our talk's while drinking coffee at your house on Livingston. I loved being able to stop by and talk about the kid's the weather just anything I always felt better after seeing you. I guess you know that Fr. Bob held the service for you it was great to hear someone that really knew you. His recollection's brought me back to the day's of Tennessee st. where I spent many of day's playing in the back yard and sneaking in to grandpa's shed to see what Anthony and I could find. Thank you for all the loving memories you have given me of fishing drinking coffee and just talking about everything and nothing. Well like Fr. Bob said I guess you will be straightening out the guy's Grandpa Dad Uncle Juno and Anthony. We have all lost a generation now Grandma it's up to us now to carry on without you here but you will always be with me in my heart and in my thought's.

We are so sorry that she is gone. She would always hold Alexis when we saw her. We haven't seen her in a very long time but she was a very sweet lady. Sorry for your loss

Dear Laura,
Our heartfelt feelings are impossible to convey because when we lose a mother there are no words in any language. Looking at all the beautiful photos brings back memories I thought I'd forgotten. Especially her smile. And Laura, you have her eyes ! Her soft hands and polished nails are evidence of loving care. Goodness knows her years of labor and toil are over. What a capable wife and fine mother she was. Family photos show the appreciation and affection she earned.
To all who loved her, I must say you were blessed to have her. Content with her lot in life altho she had to endure things that come with living a longer than average life. (Ecclesiastes 12)
May all your personal and precious memories sustain you until you can embrace her once again.
We regret not being able to be with you, except in spirit. Hope to speak face-to-face soon.
Agape, Carol and family

I never got a chance to know you because Mickey and I lived too far for many visits but I always loved hearing about you and your family. I always thought you had to have been a Super Woman to have such a large family and still stay as cheerful as you were. I admired you for that. I know Mickey loved you and I hope you found him and his dad Julius when you got to heaven yesterday.
It would be another reunion in heaven if you did. Love,
Doris

You were such a dear lady. Though we did not see you very often (except at funerals and weddings), we always enjoyed hearing stories about you and your brother Carl "Chief" Fandal. Such good memories. I wish my children had been able to know you too. Now you are in Heaven with almost the whole gang. Wishing the family love and prayers/ Scott and Amy Fandal
