Catherine “Mama Cat” Gueho passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, March 25, 2017. She was 88. Beloved mother of Cathy Landry, Debra Cox (Michael), Alex Gueho, Jr. (Betty), Linnie Gueho (Barbara), Richard Gueho, Mary Landry (Richard), Ralph Gueho (Charlene), Edda Dempster (Phoenix) John Gueho, Sr. (Patricia) and Price Gueho (Lisa). She was the loving grandmother to numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her son-in-law, Frank Landry, Jr.; her granddaughter, Ashley Gueho; her great grandson, Jordan Mareno, Jr.; her godson, Eugene Gueho; and her parents, Valsin and Edda Vicknair.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Our Lady of Prompt Succor, 32615 Bowie Street, White Castle, LA on Friday, March 31, 2017, starting at 9:00 AM followed by a Mass at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at a later date in White Castle Catholic Cemetery.
