Wallace Joseph Thurman Sr.

Wallace Joseph Thurman, Sr., age 88, passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. Father of Wallace Joseph Thurman, Jr. (Theresa), and Debra Baree Carmine (Chris). Son of the late Charles Earl Thurman and Mildred Natal Thurman. Brother of Marlana Stipe (Stephen). Grandfather of Kahla Thurman Cobb (Thomas), Sadie Slocum (Tyler), Tyler Baree (Alaina) and Ali Barbee Steinberger (Ryan). Also survived by 10 great grandchildren. Wallace was an US Army Veteran, a retired member of Plumbers and Steam Fitters Local #60 and a member of the Andrew Jackson Masonic Lodge #428.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Greenwood Funeral Home, on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
