Michael Lee

Michael Lee, a devoted Jehovah’s Witness, passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. “Big M” or “Big Mike”, as he was affectionately known, was born on August 14, 1962, to Lubertha Lee, and the late Davis Jones. Mike was an active and devoted brother of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, always preaching the good news of the Kingdom of Jesus’ example. He worked as an Independent Trucking Contractor for over 20 years, until his health began to decline two years ago. Mike leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved and dedicated wife of 15 years, Trina Lizanna Lee; Michael Young, his son from his marriage to Yvette Young; his stepsons, Sedgie Foxworth and DePaul Foxworth; his mother Lubertha Lee, his siblings, David Lee (Alicia), Gloria Lee, Sandra L. Coleman (Jessie), Stacey L. Anderson (Dick); brothers-in-law, Yoshiharu Lizanna, Sr., Andreas Lizanna, and Michael Lizanna (Jenna). He is also survived by a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at Greenwood Funeral Home, 5200 Canal Boulevard, New Orleans, LA, 70124. Visitation will be from 9:30 A.M. until the time of service at 11 A.M.
