Marc Jason Hall

On Tuesday, September 22nd 2020, Marc Hall passed away at the age of 57.  He was born to Charles Hall and Nancy Cornelius on May 31st 1963.
  Marc was a graduate of East Ascension High School and earned his degree from LSU in 1986. He then went on to be a leader in direct marketing solutions for Fortune 500 companies for over 20 years. Marc lived in London, Key West and North Carolina before returning home to New Orleans. He was passionate about Louisiana culture and spoke French and Cajun French, fished the Gulf of Mexico, rode in the Krewe of Tucks and loved to cook and entertain his guest with stories. As a former member of Mensa, Marc taught chess online and to his nieces and nephews. He was generous and believed in giving. Before he bought his own Thanksgiving meal or the first Christmas present he always gave to the food bank and Toys for Tots.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charles and Ruby Hall, maternal grandparents, Velpeau and Gertrude Smith and his best bud, Reggie the Chow.
He will be dearly missed by his parents, Charles Hall(Debi Hall)and Nancy Cornelius
Siblings, Rhett Hall, Steve Hall (Cindy Hall) and Amy Cornelius
Eight nieces and four nephews and a multitude of friends.
A private celebration of Marc's life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to your local food bank or Toys for Tots.
