Lucy Shay Hassinger

Lucy Shay Hassinger, 19 years old, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2020, at her residence in New Orleans. Survivors include her mother, Amy Hassinger, her grandmother Sandra Hassinger, her aunts and uncles, Joe & Alicia Hassinger, Tim & Erin Hassinger, her cousins Melissa, Blake, Sarah, Will, Jack, Avery, Ashlyn and Matthew, and many more family and friends left to feel the pain of her leaving way too soon. Lucy Shay was preceded in death by her grandfather Lambert J. Hassinger, Sr., her Paw-Paw Chuck Sonnier, and her father Brian T. Prejean. A service of remembrance will be held at Greenwood Funeral Home, 5200 Canal Blvd., NOLA,  Saturday, January 18, 2020, at 11:00 A.M. With a visitation starting at 9 A.M.
