Joyce Elizabeth Cousans Harris, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017. Wife of the late Ralph Anthony Harris. Mother of Keith Harris (Cindy), Eric Harris (the late Lucy), Junelle Ricca (Angelio) and Terri Jean Harris. Grandmother of Gwendolyn Ballero, Eric Harris, Jr., Jennifer Thompson and Corinne Herrera. Great grandmother of Nicholas Pastoret, Bethany Pastoret, Rebekah Pastoret, Evalynn Pastoret, Jaxon Ballero, Lexy Ballero, Lacey Harris and Caroline Herrera.
Joyce was a member of the First Baptist Church of New Orleans. A special thanks to Elizabeth Guerra. Caregiver and good friend of the family. Thanks to Charlene for taking such excellent care of mom. Services and burial at Greenwood will be private. Pastor Eric Harris will give the Eulogy. In lieu of flowers donation to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
