JoAnn Gleber Irsch

Joann Gleber Irsch passed away suddenly Tuesday, November 22, 2022. She was surrounded by her family when she peacefully departed this life. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Noel Anthony Irsch, Sr.

She will be lovingly remembered by her four children, Jeannien Irsch Gladhart (Wesley), Troy Charles Irsch (Tera), Rochelle Irsch Keeling (John), Noel Anthony Irsch Jr. (Jennifer), and her nine grandchildren Emily, Case, Madison, Noel III, Luke, Jacob, Caleb, Evan, Amelia, and her niece Marlene Schneller.

She is preceded in death by her sisters, Geraldine Porretto Schneller, Lorraine Porretto Michel, her niece Deborah Michel McClendon, and her son in law Patrick Wayne Musacchia.

For those who wish---donations are requested for Metairie Humane Society (metairiehumane.org) in Joann’s name. Family and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at 1:00 pm, on Friday, December 9, 2022 at Greenwood Funeral Home, 5200 Canal Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am, and will continue until service time. Burial will follow in St. Roch Cemetery #1. Condolences may be expressed at www.greenwoodfh.com
