Gloria Guenard Fritcher

Gloria Guenard Fritcher passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2018, at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Philip “Pat” Fritcher. Mother of Fay F. Schaff and her husband, the late Charles. Grandmother of Scott Schaff, Darren Schaff (Jena) and Crishelle Long (Jeff). Great grandmother of Emily, Hannah, Bella, Cas, Cate, Hartley, Hayes and Charley.
Mrs. Fritcher was a deputy for Sheriff Foti for over 40 years. She enjoyed spending time with her eight great grandchildren who were her world.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Greenwood Funeral Home, 5200 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, on Tuesday, August 28, 2018, starting at 11:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in Greenwood Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
