Evelyn Peters Davis, Born November 19, 1918, passed away on December 4th, 2018, at the age of 100 years. Loving wife of the late Arthur Davis. Mother of Sancta Bradley, Vecenta Bradley, Valencia Pursell, Lupe Haynes and the late Moonyeen Taylor. Mother-in-law to Mike Haynes, Lawrence Taylor and Marvin Pursell. Daughter of the late Leontyne Hubard Peters and Joseph Peters. Grandmother to Todd, Darren, Larry, Andre, Soncere, Bennett, Emily, Stephanie, Damien, David and Alphonse. Great-grandmother to 10 children. She loved having her family over for large dinners and gatherings. We will miss you every day mom.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Greenwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5200 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, LA. on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 11:30 AM. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM.
