Edward Hart Biggs IV

Edward Hart Biggs, IV, age 46, of Gulfport, MS, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021, after a short illness. Edward was born on August 18, 1974, in New Orleans, LA. He attended De La Salle and Holy Cross High Schools and the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He produced a music video show, Modern Buzz, in the early 2000’s. After Hurricane Katrina, he relocated to St. Louis, MO, where he met the love of his life, Estelle Smith. In 2018 they relocated together to Gulfport to be near his family. Edward and Estelle enjoyed life together, attending concerts, shows, sporting events, and all the entertainment activities that were available on the Gulf Coast and New Orleans area.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Estelle Gloria Smith Biggs. He is survived by his mother, Coyann Genovese Biggs; his father Edward Hart Biggs, III and stepmother Michelle Jennings Biggs; his brother Benjamin Hart Biggs and sister-in-law Stella Jordan Biggs; nieces Brooke and Bella Biggs; and many aunts, uncles and beloved cousins.

A Memorial Mass service will be held Thursday, August 26, at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 4317 Richland Avenue in Metairie, LA 70002. Visitation will be held from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm, with a Memorial Mass at 1:00 pm. Interment will be at a later date.
