Catherine Mary Prendergast

Catherine Manale Prendergast, 89, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018.  Wife of the late William Prendergast, Jr.  Daughter of the late Anthony and Christine Cuccia Manale.  She is survived by her sister Rose Manale Avegno.  Aunt of Rose "ReRe" Evans (William), Phyllis Talluto (Richard), Carolyn Licciardi (James, Jr.) and Ashton Avegno, Jr. (Royann).  She is survived by a host of grand, great and  great-great nieces and nephews.  She enjoyed many years of volunteer service at Slidell Memorial Hospital and spent the last few years with family and friends. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Greenwood Funeral Home 5200 Canal Blvd., New Orleans, Louisiana 70124 on Wednesday January 2, 2019.  Visitation will begin at 9:00am with a mass at 11:00am.
