Carol Cazalot Richard

Carol Cazalot Richard passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at the age of 58. She is survived by her beloved husband of 33 years, Dwayne A. Richard; a devoted daughter, Jessica A. Richard; a sister, Pam Cazalot Miller and her husband, Billy; a godson, Matthew Miller; a nephew, Taylor Miller; a sister-in-law, Donna Staley; a brother-in-law, Donald Desselle; and her three fur babies, Lily, Jasmine and Allie. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul D. Cazalot and Ernestine Perret Cazalot; and her parents-in-law, Ulger Richard and Audrey Richard.
Mrs. Richard graduated from St. Francis of Assisi School and Redemptorist High School. Carol enjoyed doing needle point. Her most precious times were spent watching movies with Dwayne and Jessica.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Greenwood Funeral Home, 5200 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, on Saturday, June 5, 2021, starting at 10:00 AM, followed by a Mass in the chapel at 1:00 PM. A private burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
