Beverly Worley Caron, age 83 , on Saturday October 21, 2017, having fought the good fight in faith, was called to enter into the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Wife of the late Rodney Joseph Caron. Loving mother of Kathlyn C. Reichert (Allan); Kirk Joseph Caron, Cynthia C. Chong, Susan C. Salles (Stephen); and the late Rodney “Buddy/Chuckie” Caron. Daughter of the late Marie M. Worley Hollinger and John Wesley Worley. So dearly loved by her sister Marilyn H. Camara of Oakland, Calif. and brother Charles C. Hollinger, III.
Grandmother of Kevin Reichert (Jennifer), Troy Caron (Trish), Joshua Castanedo, Deena R. Patcheco (Chico), Chelsea Messa, Mason Salles, Stephanie S. Boasso (Raymond), Kaycee Caron, and the late Chad Caron.

Born in New Orleans, our mother was a longtime resident of Chalmette, La. She was a faithful friend to so many and left a shining light upon all the lives she touched. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of her life with us at 1st Baptist Church of Chalmette, 305 E. St. Bernard Highway, Chalmette, La. 70043 on Saturday, October 28, 2017 beginning at 9:30a.m. Funeral services will continue at 11:30 a.m. at the same location. A graveside service will follow at St. Louis #3 Cemetery, 3421 Esplanade Ave., New Orleans, La. Greenwood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
