Barbara Chaplain O'Sullivan

Barbara Ann Chaplain O’Sullivan, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at the age of 86 years old. She was born on November 11, 1935, in New Orleans, Louisiana to Leon Chaplain, Sr. and Marguerite Korndorffer Chaplain.

Barbara is preceded in death by her three brothers; Leon Chaplain, Jr., Fredrick Chaplain, Sr., George Chaplain, Sr., and one sister, Joy Chaplain.

Barbara was the beloved wife Tobias O’Sullivan for 41 years. She is also survived by her sister-in-laws Melba Chaplain and Rosemary Chaplain. She is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews.

Barbara was a native of New Orleans where she attended St. Joseph Academy. She worked for American Express and Travel Consultants.

Barbara will be deeply missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Greenwood Funeral Home, 5200 Canal Blvd., New Orleans, LA on Friday, November 26, 2021, starting at 9:00 A.M. Followed by a Funeral Mass in the Chapel at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
