Adele (Dolly) "Granny/Sgt. B./Ga-Ga" Rosolino Bonura passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023, in Metairie, LA.

Mother of Philip III (Walinda), Joseph (Jamie), Tony (Doris), Marie Comeaux (Craig), Jeffrey (Pam), Nicole Burke, and Timothy (Crystal) Bonura. Grandmother of Philip IV, Russel, Anthony, Toni, Tyler, Tatum, Nicole, Sophia, Brooklyn, Dakota, Amber, Abbee, Amanda, Ashlee, Ashton, Harris, Nicholas, Madilyn, and Catherine. Great-grandmother of Sarah, Adam, Ava, Russel, Natalie, Gracie, Victoria, Cheyenne, Nicholas, Nathan, Brayden, Bella, Tyler Jr, Cody, Beau, Palmer, Leyton, Colton, Chloe, and Buster. She is also survived by her brother, Joseph Rosolino (Barb), nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Adele is preceded in death by her parents Gertrude Duhart Rosolino and Russel P Rosolino. Aged 80 years, a native of Detroit, Michigan, and a resident of Kenner for the past 62 years.

Adele worked for 21 years for the New Orleans Police Department, retiring with the rank of Sergeant.

Relatives and friends of the family, also employees and caregivers of Chateau De Notre Dame, and parishioners of Our Lady of Divine Providence Parish are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Divine Providence Catholic Church, 1000 North Starrett Rd. on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Our Lady of Divine Providence Roman Catholic Church; 1000 North Starrett Road, Metairie, LA 70003.
