I was saddened to read about the death of Helen Roy although I knew her health had recently declined. I believe she was prepared to meet the Lord because she was a very spiritual person who shared her thoughts and prayers with some of the people at Metairie Manor. I enjoyed visiting with Helen once a month until I moved to Mandeville two and a half years ago, and I am sorry I could not continue our visits because of my health issues. Helen was a beautiful person who had a beautiful smile and a positive attitude. I know she is now at peace with the Lord. My condolences to her loving family.
