I worked under Frank as a second shift safety engineer at Martin Marietta Manned Space Systems. I knew him as very knowledgeable, fair, friendly and he was an excellent leader. While I know God is now taking good care of Frank, I extend my condolences to his family.

Frank, was one of the "finest" men I have ever met. I was truly in his debt, when he requested that I work for him in Industrial Safety at Martin Marietta. He provided me the opportunity to grow in so many areas of safety. I knew him and Bernice and on occasion went to visit them in Arabi only a few minutes from my wife's family in Chalmette. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and loved ones. I hope that "God" has reserved a "special" place for him because he has "earned" it. May "God" bless his family, friends and loved ones. I am sending my deepest condolences.
