Francies “ Grammy “ St. Arroman Moreno, age 88, died on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 8:18 PM. Wife of the late Manuel H. Moreno by the second marriage and the late Leroy P. Anslem by the fist marriage. Mother of Henrietta Matute, Linda Jones (Ronnie), Abigail Wible (Michael), Roy Anslem (Darlene), and the late Robert Anslem. Daughter of the late Lillian Perez St. Arroman and Henry St. Arroman. Sister of the late Marguerite Rossignol, Marie Goodyear, Nora Campo, and Josephine Garcia. Grandmother of Robert Bartholomew, Jr., Robin Bartholomew, Renee Dicket, Rachael Marino, Karen Boyll, Roy Anslem, Jr., Laurie Case, Jennifer Bright, Michael Wible, Jr., Olivia Wible and the late Ronald Jones, Jr. Survived by 18 great grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren. She was born in Delacroix Island, LA . She was an Isleno, lived in New Orleans for 30 years where she raised her children before returning to St. Bernard Parish. Her final words were always, “Be Careful. I love you, and call me when you get home.” Private graveside services were held at St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery, St. Bernard, LA. on Monday, September 25, 2017.
